No refunds or credits for Subscription Charges or any other fees or payments will be provided after purchase unless its an extraordinary circumstance whereby providing refund is at our discretion.
Downgrading Your Service Plan will cause loss of credit available for use, and Email Verifier (EV) does not accept any liability for any loss incurred by this loss of credit.
You may qualify for compensation of credit if we fail to meet our SLAs. Providing of compensation and decision on the amount of compensation will be made individually depending on the case. All final decisions must be authorized by an EV’s shift manager.
